Please be aware:

All delivery crew are tested by their respective handlers before choosing them for unloading and delivery to a particular subject & chosen as a crew member for delivery only after complete satisfaction on them being negative.

No handshakes will be offered when your goods are delivered & Request you to follow the same.

WE SHIP crew will be bringing their own refreshments to avoid touching customers cups etc. You are a valued client and you too are advised not to offer any refreshments to our crew members.

Can you please ensure for your safety and the safety of our crew:

Windows should be opened on day of move/Delivery to allow an air flow

All internal doors to be opened to avoid the need to touch handles.

During packing you decide which toilet/Washroom can be used only by the crew (who will bring their own soap and paper towels) and during delivery our crew has been advised not to use our clients washroom however in case of extreme circumstances of natures call the decision will be on the client for which WE SHIP will not be held responsible for the same and you are advised to direct the crew to the nearest washroom in the vicinity to avoid any usage in your premises.

During and after packing and during unloading and delivery only 1 crew contact to maintain a 2m distance from client. Need for any house tour after delivery of shipments.

During the time of the packing Non essential occupants from the home should remain within 1x room and will only change rooms when our crew makes another room empty.

After packing is completed, we request the Customer to remain in their room where crew are not working.

Use your own pen for signing the POD after delivery/completion of packing and if you do not have and not comfortable to use the common pen of the crew then Non physical signing option at the end of the move is ok and a mail confirming the delivery or the packing from your end would suffice.

Please do not offer any tips by way of cash or kind to the delivery crew or the packing crew.

If you have any of the following symptoms, have tested positive or been told to isolate when a delivery day has been arranged you must let us know.

Sudden Loss of Taste or Smell, Fever/High Temperature and hot to touch on chest/back, Persistent Cough (for more than 1 hour / 3 times in 24hrs)
