Please be aware that certain individuals have generated false website under our name and if they might approach you or you may land on the landing page of any other extension other than www.weship.in it should be considered a fraudulent website,  or if you are approached by any individual by falsely presenting themselves as our employees, affiliates agents or representatives. Under this false pretence, they might try to gain access to your personal information or to acquire money or other valuables from you by offering fictitious DOOR TO DOOR QUOTATION WITH UNREALISTIC RATES. Also they might provide  you with  employment opportunities or by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf. The contacting individual or organisation may, for example, claim that we can guarantee you packing and moving at a very nominal or unrealistic cost which you will fall for the same or they might claim they can give you a visa if you pay them a certain amount of money. Such fraudulent offers and claims are usually received via email, the internet, text message, phone, or you might even land on a false webpage,etc. These claims and offers are fraudulent and invalid and you are strongly advised to exercise great caution when you receive such an offer or quotation. Be very mindful of such scams. Bellow we list some of the features such an offer or claim may have:

• You may receive a false quotation with a very unrealistic rate on a door to door basis.
• Money in advance may be asked to book a move for a particular date
• A false bank account with a similar name may be provided.
• Or you may be proposed a phone or instant message program interview as a precondition to receiving a visa
• Money or fees may requested to process an action (visa application, work permit etc)
• You may be requested to disclose private, sensitive or confidential information
• You may be told that you were contacted in such a manner because it is a matter of urgency.
• Many other fraudulent reason may be provided

Such an offer or claim will probably be in the form of an email sent from a fake email address or from a free email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, etc, and not from an official “WE SHIP”  email address. Please take extra caution while examining such an email address, as the perpetrators may misspell an official “WE SHIP” email address and use a slightly modified version of an official “WE SHIP” email address OR the website.

Please note that you will never receive a quotation on a door to door move until or unless you have asked for the same through our email id ship@weship.in . Moreover, we will never ask you for money in advance for any of our door to door move and collect the payment only when the TAX invoice is generated and sent to you from our official email id SHIP@WESHIP.IN. Proper TAX receipts of payments are guaranteed to you after the official payments are made to us in our official bank account provided.

Moreover we never give calls for any fraudulent employment or work visa offer or any other similar claim from us, because we do not provide any recruitment services. Moreover, we will never ask you for money in exchange for employment opportunities or other similar services. Any such offer of employment or any other service in exchange for fees that claims to be from us is deceitful and part of a fraud.

Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Accordingly, we would ask you to immediately get in touch with us via email at ship@weship.in upon receiving a suspicious offer or claim and additionally notify the police or other competent authority. 

We have already registered a complaint with the local Police authority at KHAR POLICE STATION- KHAR WEST – MUMBAI – 400052 and the cyber-crime police department on the same.
